As participants continue along in the mini-fellowship, they will gain progressive responsibility for pediatric issues, with additional assignments in each year of training. Participants in this mini-fellowship may be interested in a dedicated PEM fellowship following completion of EM residency but any resident with an interest is encouraged to participate.
