I completed medical school at NYCOM, and graduated as a member of the Psi Sigma Alpha Honor Society and Sigma Sigma Psi Honor Society. During medical school I also received the NYCOM-global health fellowship scholarship and traveled to Peru for a month to work in a local hospital. After medical school I completed 3years of EM residency training at Hofstra-NSUH. I was involved in the residency selection committee, triage task force, and residency unification committee. During my senior year I was elective chief resident and primarily responsible for scheduling and resident wellness. After residency I signed on at SSUH as an Attending physician in 2018 with an interest in physician wellness. I have 2 young children, and was born and raised on Long Island where I met my husband in high school. I enjoy spending my free time with my family, especially going to the beach, being outdoors and traveling.
